Employment Centre representatives can refer individuals to appropriate resources and book appointments with consultants and services that meet individual needs. The Employment Resource Centre is located in the main lobby of The Livingston Centre. In the Employment Resource Centre you will find educational and employment resources such as:
 

• Various online job banks
• Business & industrial directories
• College & University calendars
• Résumé & cover letter books
• Phone books & telephone services
• Fax machine & photocopier
• Computer & Internet access
• Classified ads for Middlesex, Oxford and Norfolk Counties.

 

These resources are for the purpose of research, résumé and cover letter creation & job search purposes only. The Resource Centre is a self-help area with some minimal assistance. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. PLEASE NOTE that the computers are shut down for the day at 4:15 pm. Starting Monday April 4, 2011, Drop-in Résumé Assistance will be available from 1-4 pm every Monday, except holidays. If you have a résumé, please bring a copy on a USB stick, diskette or CD. If not, a paper copy or list of work and educational history (with dates) will help. First come, first served.
