The MSC will make our public documents available in an accessible format or with communication support upon request.  We will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of the format or communication support.  We will provide the accessible format in a timely manner and at no additional cost.

Feedback:

In keeping with the MSC’s vision of “Embracing Personal Independence. Celebrating a Caring Community.” and our mission, “A community organization committed to partnerships, innovation and excellence”, comments relating to our programs and services with regard to customer service are welcomed and appreciated. Feedback regarding the way the MSC provides goods and services to people with disabilities can be made verbally, by calling (519) 842-9000, by e-mail at aoda@multiservicecentre.com or in writing.  All feedback will be directed to the program director or department manager.

Our website follows the accessibility guidelines of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, other than providing captions on live videos or audio descriptions for pre-recorded videos.

WCAG 2.0 is an internationally accepted standard for web accessibility, which sets out guidelines for organizations to follow to make their websites more accessible for people with disabilities. The guidelines cover things like writing web content in clear language, providing alternate text for images and making sure someone can navigate our website with just a keyboard*. Following these guidelines helps to make our site accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities.

We’d like to thank and recognize our partners and funders in the community.
